These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of custom pet portraits. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission Agreement
Each portrait is a one-of-a-kind artwork created based on the photos and specifications you provide. Medium, size, and style are confirmed before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
Accepted payment methods include [PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App].
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the artwork is in progress.
3. Shipping & Delivery
You agree to pay all shipping costs associated with your order.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Timeline
Estimated completion time is 4-8 weeks.
You will be notified of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Revisions
One minor revision is included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the initial draft (if applicable).
6. Copyright & Usage
The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork without written permission.
The artist may use the artwork for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before work begins for a partial refund (minus processing fees).
Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the commission or delivery of the artwork.
